There is no child not teacher that should feel threatened within the school premises,as a student who once experienced what Filiphe experienced,I know how he is feeling and I am signing this petition hoping that Filiphe gets his justice and have the perpetrator locked away and the key melted. #justiceforfiliphe

This should not be allowed to happen where the learner comes back to school he/she deserves to rot in prison

This is absolutely atrocious. The fact that the perpetrator is released is the first place is so morally wrong, and the fact that he/she will be allowed back to school is testament of the management's uncaring nature for its students. Those managing the school must face consequences for this decision as it puts all learners at the school in danger and forces them to face fear in a place that is meant to uplift and teach them. I don't care what law allows the learner to be released, and I don't care whether he/she is a minor or not. No one who has been confirmed to have killed another person should be allowed anywhere except the jail cell and should swiftly be moved to a prison cell. Stop this madness. The nation must be made aware of this
