There's a reason the Judge gave him life PLUS a year. The change in law should be on a case-by-case basis. Keep this man in prison. How quickly they forget about the victim's family/loved ones.

I was so moved by Devin's article in the local "Me and Mine" publication. My family was also struck with tragedy when my aunt was the victim of a serial killer years ago in shasta county. In 2000 Ca finally put her murderer to death. At that time our family was connected with Nina Solarno from Sac, a Crime Victims Advocate group. She was helpful to our family. Yes. The trend of penal laws being reversed in this state puts all of us at risk. This is why I started my own business offering personal protection tools and workshops re: how to use them to women. I am so sorry for your family's loss and pray that this new trial doesn't actually happen. My prayers to you all.

Search Nathan Joshua Ramazzini, you will see that he has sued the correctional system multiple times since his incarceration. Year after year, he cries that he is the victim of cruel and unusual punishment. Instead of focusing on his reformation, he spends his time on litigious pursuits and "seeking to pass California legislation helping juvenile lifers" like himself. If he wont take responsibility for his wrongdoing and still blames the "system" after 20 years, this textbook psychopath should NOT be granted another hearing!

What happened to your brother was very brutal and violent. I support you and your family in keeping Nathan Ramazzini in prison for the rest of his life!
