I was in Nathan and Erik's class, I remember Nathan unremorseful as HE SEARCHED WITH US for Erik while he was missing. I remember riding in Nathan's car with him while he laughed and joked about Erik after he had brutally murdered him days before. I see no world where any individual can classify Ramazzini as anything but a psychopath based on his actions immediately after the crime. I see no world where rehabilitation is possible for someone of this nature. I hope the voices of the community and the family(s) he destroyed are heard. I hope that our system does not fail us and allow this man to walk free while Erik gets no second chance. His trial was fair, his punishment was set down and his appeals lost, its a travesty that we must all relive this horror again and again and again.

How does this happened? Not sure if true or not but was told he is not and has not been a role model inmate. That he’s been in lots of trouble in there.

No to all 3 questions. He needs to stay in prison for the rest of his life. What he did was cold and calculated and was devastating to Erik's family and to the city of Colusa. Keep him locked up.
