He is a danger to our society. He should stay locked up.

The fact that this is even being entertained is disgraceful. Anyone young or old that kills for the thrill of it is evil and behind bars away from civilized people is where he belongs. The bill that was drafted that makes this possible is a slap in the face to the victims who have been robbed of another day with their loved ones.

How in the world is this possible? What in the world is Gov. Brown thinking to allow criminals to have these rights? We need politicians to bring justice back to the lawful and legal citizens of this state and country.

I remember Erik, jet skiing with us....great teenager! His death was senseless and very brutal....those responsible are not EVER needed back in a civil society.

Nathan took Eriks' life in cold blood. He should receive NO sentence reduction. If he walks free, justice may have to be served by the public.

This evil person took this beautiful town’s innocence , my son and my niece were in the same class , would have graduated with Erik. That sadness did not fade they still have that emptiness in their hearts. Justice for Erik

This person is a monster and doesn't deserve to even be heard by a judge. He had his sentence handed to him which in my opinion he deserves much worse He doesn't deserve for his fate to change

What happened to Erik is a travesty, and his killer holds no remorse for what he did. Don’t release Nathan from prison
