I am an EE customer and so are my whole family and many friends, we are all fed up of the horrendous signal we have been getting yet we are all tied up in contracts. EE is a scam, they have obviously had to cut corners in order to bring in the "Superfast" 4G Network yet making a phone call is near enough impossible. EE are not fulfilling their side of the contracts as they claim to be "superfast" and "faster than any other network". Therefore they are failing to provide a fair service and we should have the right to cancel our contracts if we are having problems. EE need to stop lying and start listening to their customers!
