Justice was NOT served in this case. This family lost their precious son over nothing!

I am disgusted and appalled with our justice system and today's society. 3 years 10 months for murder is nothing more than an disgrace to the grieving family who lost their precious son

My son Shaun was murdered in Hamilton the killer only got 5 1/2 years minus 20 months for time served on bail, so a total of 3 years 10 months for murder.

This is was a horrible and brutal crime. Dustin did not deserve this and it's a shame that no on called 911 sooner.
