I can’t get my mind wrapped around the fact that the Boone County Prosecutors would drop the charges against Jack Henry Kaplan. I read about All the Forensic evidence and it was clear that Jack Kaplan was driving the vehicle (Jack’s vehicle) at the time of the wreck.
The fact that the first thing Jack thought of was, I’m in terrible trouble, I need to call my daddy, (David Kaplan) not that James was injured but that he was in trouble.
The inhuman part is that they would deny James Dupler medical attention for almost an hour, what kind of a human being would do such a thing.
I read that when they finally got James moved to the outside of the drivers side and had arranged things the way they wanted the authorities to find it, they made the call and then both Jack and Dave Kaplan went and sat in the dad’s vehicle.
That means that James Dupler laid for almost an HOUR without any human comforting or touch, how in the world does Jack and David Kaplan sleep at night.
What made the prosecutors drop the charges, was it money or perhaps a favor, regardless the family and friends of James Dupler demand that the charges be reinstated against Jack Henry Kaplan. The Dupler family deserves their day in court to bring a closure to the loss of their son.
Prosecutors, you need to follow the law and do the right thing, God is watching.

I am outraged at the lack of justice served in this horrific crime. What happened to James is to this day extremely upsetting and Jack Kaplan & his father must be held accountable for their heinous actions.
