Dropping theses charges is a travesty! Re-instate them and allow Dupe’s day in court.

This is HORRENDOUS. Please do not let the Kaplans get away with this!! I implore you to do the right thing, have courage, and redo this investigation! The Prosecutors office up there doesn't care about drunk driving deaths??!!?? Clearly we need some new blood in that office!

Justice for Dupe’s death! Is it too much to ask that this goes to trial?? Absolutely not!

I grew up in Zionsville, my wife grew up in Zionsville, my wife’s family still lives in Zionsville, and we are wanting to be in Zionsville for our kids to grow up and have the same experience we have. That being said, it is extremely sad and concerning to hear that this case has been dropped and the family won’t have an opportunity to receive justice for their son. Thinking about being back in Zionsville and Boone County, this makes me second guess whether we should move away from Carmel/Westfield and back there. It scares us that if anything were to ever happen to our kids, that the legal system wouldn’t provide justice. Please do the right thing and reinstate this case to allow all parties their day in court and let the courts decide. Thank you for your time and service to provide justice for all.
