How is there even a petition for this? This sick man shot a dog for peeing in a house! This man should be in jail for at least 30 years or some justice must be served I am so sick of animal abusers and killers getting off easy. Make this man pay the the full extent of the law

My heart breaks thinking of what Dozer was thinking, & feeling before he was murdered by Hanns. If left unpunished to the full extent of the law, make no mistake he will go on to more severe crimes. The Broome County Court system has the power to show that BC will not tolerate this type of action. It is my hope that Dozer did not die in vain, & a stiff sentence will be handed down. My deepest condolences to Dozer's family. RIP sweet boy.
