My pit bull is a very loving animal and when you raise your animal right they wouldn't have a mean bone in their body! It's the owner not the animal!!

I had contacted BC about stiffer penalties for animal abusers and I was told why it never happens in BC. What the heck are we gonna wait till something happens. B officiaslare so stupid.
