This petition is concerning the release of Justin Thomas for the murder of Dexter Leon Harris. Justin Thomas is being released Tuesday, January 31, 2012 to await his retrial. He was convicted of manslaughter for the death of sixteen year old Dexter Harris in Southaven, MS on the evening of March 8, 2008. The release of Mr. Thomas is not safe for the community. Please help keep murderers in jail where they belong and keep our children and community safe.
