This is a tragedy that could have been avoided. Lexington Police Department needs to be held responsible for faiing to do their job. This is only one instance of many where the police have protected the aggressor of violence against women, and not the victim. He should be charged with Murder II at the very least.

A busers need to be kept incarcerated until trial, to avoid unfortunate incidents, such as thisnone, to continue to occur.

I did not know Debbie personally, but I do know MN. This should not have happened. Sending prayers to all her family and friends and hope that she gets the justice she deserves.

He should have been arrested the first time and maybe Debbie would still be alive. Poor judgement on the police department. They need to be held accountable and he needs to be put to death.
