He doesn't deserve to be out and he said he would kill the parents when he got out. Please don't let anything stand in the way of protecting this family. He killed once and he very capable of killing again. This family has been through so much,they don't deserve to live a life looking over their back in fear of their own. Keep him where he belongs.

I don't know any of these people only what the family has went through and what the awful man behind bars has done. I don't think the man should get parole he should be in prison until he himself is dead. Also if he threatened to kill the family when he got out of prison, he shouldn't be allowed to get out or be able to send letters to his victims family. That's just completely wrong and should not be allowed to happen.

He's threatened his victims family. He's admitted to lying and denying everything to cover himself. Why would anyone believe anything he says to cover himself now? He took the life of an innocent child. A human being with their entire lives ahead of him. He should pay for his crimes. His debt is not paid and will never be paid if he is free. Keep murderers in prison where they belong.

His apology letter feels more like a slap in the face reliving what he's done. I can't imagine letting a monster that has no remorse out of prison. Its been almost 40 years and instead of a sincere apology he goes into detail about the crime? Disgusting. If he's let out he will kill again. It's clear from his words he fantasizes about what he's done. Please do not make this family suffer more. Keep Jeffrey Deel in prison.
