Jeff deal is a monster and a bully I grew up with him in the same neighborhood in my elderly parents still live there and I fear for their safety I hope he never gets out!!!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY this man should be allowed out of prison… yet alone breathe the air surrounding him. Ohio is Completely STUPID for passing this bill! I pray for Justice of this sweet boy ! 36 years is not long enough of a punishment…. No amount of time is enough will ever be enough but at least it’s something and we don’t have to worry about him causing harm and pain to another innocent individual or family!!!!
God Bless Your family for having to deal with this terrible moment every time he tries to get parole! I will be praying

Nothing can bring back this precious son, but by keeping his killer locked up, you could be saving someone else’s. Please deny the killer’s release. My sincere condolences to Danny’s family.

I send my deepest condolences to you. I know your pain because I’m living it as well. I feel exactly how you feel!! These murderers to still get to breathe and interact with their family by phone, letters and visitation. You as the victim parents have to keep reliving the details of why your son is no longer with you,

To the Ohio Parole Board: The judicial system is supposed to administer justice for the "murdered" 10-year old victim Danny O'Donnell. Since Danny receives no release from being a victim, then Jeffrey should never be paroled. GOD has placed you (Ohio Parole Board) in a position of authority and should you seek additional counsel from above, please read:
Romans 13:3-4 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
My prayers go out to the O'Donnell Family. I know the pain of loosing an adult child to drug abuse. I also pray for Jeffrey that he truly repents and seeks GOD's forgiveness.

I'm just sorry a fellow inmate has not taken him out, in all these years. He does not even deserve life itself.
He should have been given the death penalty. There is no cure for that level of evil and he should not walk among another innocent person as long as he lives.
Keep this monster in prison.
