I live in Scio, OH and remembered reading this years ago. He should have been executed. At sixteen he knew what he was doing or he wouldn’t have denied it.

As a former citizen of Ohio, I am appalled that a life sentence can now receive parole. When you are convicted of a heinous crime, parole should never be on the table and definitely should never be retroactively given.

I am strongly opposed to this man Jeffrey Deel of getting out of prison. He knew what he was doing and this senseless murder was no accident. He also stated he would kill the parents of Danny O'Donnell if he ever got out. He may claim to be reformed but I don't believe that for one minute! Please do not parole this man!
