I feel he should have received the death penalty, so life in prison is the distant second best option.

Keep Jeffrey Dell in prison. He could hurt Danny's family.

taking ones life should not mean freedom for the killer!

This man lacks compassion and it shows very clearly in the letter he wrote to the family, I hope the parole board sees that too

I can’t imagine the pain the family is and has gone through for years. The apology letter he wrote reads like he was coached into writing it to have a chance of freedom. It took this long for him to write the letter could of done that decades ago or just told the truth from the get go.I don’t think the letter is sincere whatsoever and shouldn’t be released to prey on other kids.God bless the family and I hope the board sees through the scripted apology letter aided by attorney’s.

I say when Danny can come back and have a second chance at life, then and only then, should it be considered to let this monster out. Until then, he stays in prison! Can't believe anybody would even consider letting him out. The letter he wrote is a tactic he's using to get sympathy to get released. Why did it take him this long to write it??
