This is my belief of what transpired, Ofc. Raja approached Mr. Corey Jones without Mr. Jones having any idea Ofc. Raja was a Police Officer. I accordance with Florida law Mr. Jones felt his life was in danger and acted lawfully attempting to defend himself. I firmly believe Ofc. Raja failed to use common sense while not adhering to PBGPD policy and procedure and has lied to protect his actions.
