Timothy Frye hit Corey Arthur with his vehicle twice on December 13, 2014. On December 28, 2014, Corey succumbed to his injuries and left us to go to heaven. Timothy Frye is set to appear in front of the parole board on June 15th and could be set free. He planned to hit Corey with his vehicle and deserves to be in prison for his crimes. Please sign this petition to help keep him behind bars. Justice for Corey and his family!
