Both my kids went to this school and played ball. This is sad to here what this school did by letting go of this coach. Coach Nowden also coached my son at one point in time and is the best coach I have seen coach kids. GC school district is not doing justice to the kids by letting go of this coach. Coach Nowden is the best thing to happen to GC. And the basketball program.

Doing this for the kids to keep their coach. It's nice seeing kids trying to have positive figures in their life.

Gates Chili should really give him his job back, as an alumni and a former Varsity athlete at Gates Chili I disagree with this action immensely.

I’d like to know who the individuals are that fired him. Is it an individual or a committee? What is the demographic makeup of the group? Let’s analyze the decision makers....

Terry Nowden is the epitome of a great coach!! Gates chili needs to rethink their decision! He’s an awesome role model for ALL kids!!!
