By signing this petition I support the demand for SOAS to bring ISS workers in-house so they can rnjoy the same benefits in sick pay, holiday´s and pensions along with security and freedom from victimisation as other SOAS staff. I will not tolerate further inequalities and mistreatment of SOAS cleaners, porters and other ISS staff, who make a valuable contribution to our university experience and who are part of our SOAS community. I demand an end to inequality in the workplace and that SOAS follow the good exmaple set by Queen Mary University who brought their cleaners in-house and have proven the benefits of doing so.
