Chase Coleman an non-talkative autistic minor from Syracuse, NY was assualted in Cobbs Hills Parks in Rochester, NY. when got lost running during his high school cross country race. The suspect a 57 year old named Martin MacDonald, who admitted to shoving Coleman to the ground because he thought the youth (wearing a maroon cross country uniform with a number pinned to the front and running shoes) was going to steal his wife’s purse, which was in the car, along with his wife. The Coleman family tried to press charges but city court judge Caroline Morrison denied an arrest warrant that would’ve charged MacDonald for second-degree harassment. The officer in this case also noted in his report that labeled the assault on Coleman by MacDonald as an “argument.” To date MacDonald has not been charged.

Please show your support in getting justice for Chase. This was a racially motivated assault on this disable minor going unpunished. Please sign if you want Martin MacDonald arrest for assaulting this minor!

And to my fellow Rochesterians, please remember to vote against judge "Caroline Morrison" during her next reelection!
