Absolutely unforgivable what the FWC did to that poor wonderful creature!

They can try and cover this up all they want...but they are reckoning with an even bigger force and Higher Authority, of Guilt that will eat them up inside..They kill an animal they say is dangerous...when they themselves should look in the mirror..and See the True Animal!!

I have visited Seacrest a number of times, and have always admired how friendly and lovable their wolves are while still mantaining their wild disposition. Chaco was an incredibly sweet wolf and was one of my favorites; shame on the FWC and the careless individual who took his life.

The killing must stop. We must preserve the wolfs. They are creatures like humans!

FWC needs new leadership. They are only interested in giving out hunting and fishing licenses to make money. They are not protecting the environment or the wildlife species. They needless shot this animal

My heart breaks over this. I don't know FWC's side of the story, but it will be hard to sway my opinion that this was a necessary act. The wolf was used to human contact; and, anyone with ANY education about wolves knows that they aren't predatory to humans...especially one that has been raised by and socialized around humans. A full investigation is a must, and anyone who acted inappropriately should be held accountable.

What happened at Seacrest was wrong. Chaco should have never been shot and killed the way he was.

My children and I have been to the preserve before, and the animals are awesome. This is inexcusable! They should be ashamed of themselves! I hope that there is justice.

This was an over-reaction by the FWC and should not have happened at all!
