I live in Las Vegas and I've known this little girl Caitlin all her life. I've also followed this story since it first happened and the Riveria's story is a bunch of Bulls**t. Caitlin has one of the gentlest souls I've ever meet. She wouldn't hurt anyone unless threatened. Which is exactly what happened. The Riveria's flat out jumped her blindsided. All my thoughts go out to you baby girl. Good job sticky up for yourself. Bully's like this need to be held accountable. Proud of you!!!

No one should be able to get away with bullying......the one that did this needs to go to jail so no one will get hurt further. This is horrible!

I think it's funny with all these problematic bullying topics people are saying their was no bullying in school. Funny, every time I went to say something to someone it was swept under the rug and nothing was ever done. I know kids who were afraid to walk the halls of my school, but yeah, "no bullying."

Everyone needs to be involved in this! Schools/police/people of Struthers, you neighbors...this would be a different story if it was one of the policeman's daughters or the principle's daughter. My heart breaks for this young girl.

I went to struthers from kindergarten til senior year. I never seen anyone being bullied. If she is breaking the restraining order that's the police not the school. The school can only do so much. The police are involved therefore the police need to do something about it. The comment about crime, you act like there's shoot outs and gangs, no, Struthers is pretty quiet for the most part. yes it does have some problems just like any other city.

I am a former student of Struthers, and thanks to their so called no tolerance policy I have a lot of emotional problems. I was terribly bullied and the school didnt do shit about it. Things need to change.

The parents and that girl who is doing all the bullying need some serious consequences handed to them. They are not above the law and Justice needs served instead of everyone turning their heads and pretending this situation will go away. This is a serious matter and it needs handled !

go get em mama! you have all of our support and prayers1 i just had a baby boy 7 weeks ago and i have already decided that i will be homeschooling him and he will go to self defense classes when he turns 6. it's a shame that i have to do this being that when i was in school we never had to worry about these horrible acts! yes there were fights but nothing near what it has come to today! absolutely rediculous!

This is beyond rediculous! This is one moment which makes me sad to say I'm from Struthers. This never would have went on when I was in school. Take a stand for this little girl! This other piece of work needs to be shipped out of the area along with her great parents!

My opinion, to this situation in simply dreadful, my daughter is only 7 years old, and at her school they have close to lil tolerance, to Bullying, and I feel for this family, they have many trials and tibulations, a lil girl should be laughing and giggling... No one deserves to feel any other way, these are children, what are we teaching them, I will not teach my child to to hurt other people, keep your hands to yourselves, treat those, how you want to be treated... In this society we are living in is at a disgrace....

There needs to be harsher consequences for the perpetrators. And I'm just wondering, what is wrong with the bully's parents...how can they condone and possibly encourage this behavior?
