just an after thought if i were requested to give a statement or go to court i am happy to do so as i read 3rd time i cant believe what im reading it is a total injustice im shocked how the legal system allows this

This is unjust totall just noticed it i worked at the airport i also knew the late mr Guney i saw him more a less every 2 weeks and would have coffee as he traveled to North cyprus a lot his words were to me the kids have grown up i have done what i can i am going back to my country that what i want i don't want to go back in a coffin first i want to live there then die there he always said that every time i don't know his children or have anything to gain but thats the truth

This injustice proves to people all over the world that the justice system is a absolute joke in the UK. Here in the Netherlands we laugh at this injustice called justice. What a charade and what a pathetic country that this is possible there. Disgusting and appalling to take away people hard work for years, their homes, their father's inheritance while the guy pointed out he wanted his oldest children to run it, the cementary where over 300 relatives and friends of them are buried. Walking over the last will of a dead man and the will of all people involved in the cementary. Walking over his children. I spit on the judges involved in this. People like that will go into history as injustice themselves. Honor-less people. Would never call this people men. Rather pathetic mediums of injustice.

I am appalled and ashamed that the British Justice system can come to such a decision. I have known the Guneys for years and know of all their hard work., My brother who committed suicide in 1990 is also buried there and when Melanie Guney was in the office everything was looked after properly and attended to. I also had the reassurance that nobody can bury over my brother. I strongly reject that diane holiday take over. she met ramadan guney when she attended dodi el fayeds funeral who is also buried here and saw yet another money magnet. shame on you woman!!!!

My father is buried at Brookwood and the place has never looked better since they took over. Seems like someone else wants the money. Absolute rubbish.
