As of 6 today these monsters came in and have threatened to day our one day old girl from us because of lost custody cases in my girlfriend's past over half a decade ago... They didn't let us give them full information. Left us no information, gave me a false drug screen referral (only because of my looks and low class status) I went to green up county detention center two hours after they showed up and threatened us as I was asked and they didn't even set up the drug screen or fax for my visit... So the guards refused to see me even with their referral physically in my hands, they gave us a number that doesn't pick up and didn't even know we were due for release tomorrow. They thought we were due for release from the hospital two days later... They didn't even spell my girlfriend's name correctly. Now we have been weeping and up trying to scramble to family members to aid us in foster care. I believe it's time for a class action suit... Not a petition. We were never given a chance to raise our daughter and one way or the other these horrible people will get what they deserve and should never work near children again...

Stacia is opening a case on us pretty much for the same dumb stuff and they really are just taking our kids illegally and get away with it

Children services you have gotten out of hand have you honestly taking the children away from this wonderful mother!? I played it when her lawsuit goes through you guys lose your license and your children!! You are a disgrace and have destroyed more families then you have helped. God damn right children services is corrupted and spawns of Satan. And just to think they raised their right hand and swear under oath which is basically swearing to God instead up there on that throne and continue to lie in front of God and everybody! You guys better stay away from church you may burst into flames!

I'm currently dealing with Mary Cochran and April myself from the Greenup County Child Protection Services Department and they are making false allegations against me as well and have kept my kids from me from almost a year because and I am a US Marine currently and they claim that I can't provide and protect my children their mother had passed away and I too was never given the option for family placement even though my aunt is a social worker they said that that would be inappropriate they made false allegations like I said a year ago and every since they have been trying to prove something that they cannot prove an judge Preston keeps giving them more time during every move you to find something on me my kids are 6 years old 8 years old and 10 I haven't even been able to visit my kids for 2 months because the foster parents they chose lives far away from Flatwoods

I've had dealings with Greenup Co CPS a decade ago, they falsified a drug screen at police station. The case worker made up 99% lies. I was shocked when I got to court. Had a good home all my childrens lives. They were clean fed my bills paid in full. I never went to jail, the police were never called to my home. All over lies by out of state inlaws that wanted custody. I caved in and gave my children up, being they were teens I'm now in Ohio , they are adults and we are all close. My teens became unruly because I could'nt pick up and move , the CPS worker a female decided to lie falsify urine screen that was never sent to a lab, Corruption is very deep in Greenup county. This was 8 years ago.

We need to file a class action lawsuit against CPS in Greenup County. They are denying families due process under the constitution. Most families are not aware of their rights. If you go to the clerk of courts in Greenup Ky, request to see if their are any past or present lawsuits against CPS and find out who that attorney is. People need to band together to stop these unethical practices. I have seen good families ripped apart by unsupported allegations and underhanded practices of CPS. Call the state's Ombudsmen and complain. These people rely on your children for a paycheck. That is all! They are not ethical in any way whatsoever.

What they are doing to our family is horrible. Jerrica is a good mother. Here in Ky our trusted system takes children from good parents only. The parents who try! GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY No in between with them. I vote The "Honrable" Judge Preston be booted off his throne as well. Hes as guilty for believing anything Mary,Statcia or Carla tanner can sit there and think up!! Time to get a lawyer so we can understand there so called resources!

This girl loves her babies. She did not deserve to lose her kids. I have watched her try her best to get a house ready for these boys. Leave kids with drug family take away from one's who are not drug family. It's bull crap. Give those boys back cps. Take the kids that need taken out of homes because of the neglect. These 2 are not neglected.
