Colorado Courts are stripping infants of their human right to breast feed responsively and on demand by granting non-custodial parents, 48 consecutive hours with the infant every single week, forcing infants to be away from their Mother two FULL days, weekly, during the first year of their life! Colorado Courts are accusing Mothers of "creating attachment issues" for their children, by keeping their 3 month old exclusively breast fed infants primarily with them! These are outrageous, unwarranted attacks on breast feeding Mothers and these rulings do NOT support optimal nutrition and strip infants of the breast feeding bonding and benefits from Mothers who are willing and able to provide for their babies! Colorado courts are placing the needs/desires of Fathers above the best interests of children. THIS is WRONG! Magistrate Michelle Martinez-Thomas needs to be taken OUT of the Colorado justice system as her rulings are damaging and detrimental to the health and well being of children!
