The only reason a man or woman should serve 20 years in prison is if he or she intentionally harmed a child in anyway. And his own child on top of that? He should get shaken so bad he dies, that should be his punishment.

This "man" killed an innocent 9 month old baby. Brantley was severely shaken. Please share and sign this. The "man" behind the miser is currently serving 20 years and wasn't charged with manslaughter. He's trying to get an earlier release which is absolutely insane. This baby and momma need justice and the legal system failed.

Taking childs life in such a violent and horrible way, deserves severe punishment, not one year in prison!?? This is partly why child abuse is so rampant in this country, these monsters know they can get away with it! They just get a slap on the wrist then put back on the streets to harm more children!

Take a stand against his early release If it was your child would you want him back on the streets? I know that I don't!

Anyone who does this sort of thing to a child should get life without parole.

This monster was proven guilty in a court of law the this poor baby. He deserves to do his time.

I'm so sorry for this family! I can't imagine how she feels. I don't even see how she sleeps at night knowing she doesn't have justice yet. Just know your little one is watching over you! Prayers
