Dogs get put down for biting. Robbers get life. Drug dealers get long terms sentances but pediphiles and child killers get slapped and sent out to do it again???? Wheres the justice for these innocent babies??? Wake up america

What a monster. I don't care if he " needs to come home to his mom" or how he "was such a good guy." He was the direct cause of this babies death and I hope he rots in hell.

It's a sad world we live in when we even have to debate or think about whether or not a child killer should be kept behind bars or get off basically scot free. The mother lost her child, don't put her through more trauma by allowing her child's killer to walk amongst us as a free man! Her baby needs justice!

If an animal hurt or killed a child, it would be euthanized correct...Now to give this murderer of such an innocent vulnerable baby a lesser sentence is outrageous, correct? Give him the max and his Mother too, as she seems to proud that the baby is gone :(

Do not allow this monster 1 second of freedom as far as in concerned anyone who is willing to take the life of a innocent child deserves death but to rot in prison until said death occurs he does not deserved freedom he took that he does not deserve a happy life he took that he does not deserve to be with his family he took that! He deserves a painful miserable existence until the day he dies and then. Eternity to rot some more in hell where he truly belongs!! Do not grant this man mercy because he didn't grant that baby mercy!! Give this mother justice restore my faith in the justice system and keep him behind bars!!!

these family court and liberal judges continue to use the wrong values and lack of conscious to reside over these cases...SHOULD BE A SEPARATE LEVEL OF COURT SHOULD BE PUT INTO ALL STATES THAT DEAL WITH CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN...

There should not be any type of lesser sentence..this monster took axlife thats considered. MURDER..DO NOT ALLOW A BABY KILLER ANY OPTION ...A LIFE FOR A LIFE ...LET THIS INNOCENT CHILD REST IN PEACE AND GIVE HIM THE JUSTICE HE DESERVES...WHY IS AN APPEAL BEING CONSIDERED ..THIS CHILD WAS NOT CONSIDERED THIS CHILD'S LIFE WAS TAKEN..THIS CHILD IS LAYING IN A GRAVE NEVER TO KNOW WHAT LIFE WOULD HAVE HELD FOR HIM..DO THE RIGHT THING AND MAKE THIS MONSTER SERVE THE ENTIRE SENTENCE..
