Please keep him in jail. Nothing can bring the baby back but the Mommy shouldn't have to ever even have to deal with him getting out early. He murdered her child .
I think he should be on death row. People who harm children or the elderly have now place in a civilized society.

I have followed Kristen and Brantley's story since the news released it. Im devestated for her, from not only one human to another, but also as one mother to another. I can't imagine the visceral pain and regret she feels. 20 years for this crime is simply not enough to begin, I can't imagine him getting any less. No amount of time spent sitting in prison will ever justify Brantley's death...But at least it's a start.
May God flood Brantley's family with peace as these very near court dates approach.

This is horrendous. All people know the dangers of shaking a baby!!! No one should ever touch a child or an infant in anger. A mother and father lost their son, forever. This makes me want to throw up
