An eye for an eye. If he was truly remorseful he'd accept his punishment and not appeal it. 20 yrs isn't long enough. The Justice system is already to leanant on criminals. Brantley wasn't able to defend himself and his innocent life was violently taken from him. Justin still gets to live his life and has a chance of freedom in the future.

Prisoners need to be executed and painfully. While they all die the peaceful death we all hope for one day we struggle with the worst. Car accident,cancer, Paine misery, etc. Death for the bad needs to be painful. Start petition on that. Electric chair. Once bad and evil always bad and evil. We don't need to baby the bad anymore. Rights taken as humans don't deserve rights anymore.

No child should have to endure, the abuse this child did. OMG, it latterly makes me sick. Tears flow for this sweet little guy, who had no one to protect, and the pain he went thru. This man needs same abuse he put this child thru. Eye for Eye, Tooth for Tooth.......life for life of innocent child.

He doesn’t deserve to have his sentence reduced. He deserves to rot in jail. 20 years is not enough. This piece of garbage has a child himself how could he do that to someone else’s? I’m just glad he can’t hurt anyone else’s child including his own. There’s a special place in hell for him.
