This petition is seeking justice for the wrongful death of Brantley Garrett Farmer. The person responsible for his death Donald Justin Lee has submitted an appeal to reduce his 20 year jail sentence for the murder of 9-month old Brantley. Who was shaken by him causing shaken baby syndrome that was the direct cause of his death. I lost my niece at 17 months by the babysitters boyfriend. No child should ever go through what these babies have nor the family through the trial. Please do not reduce a sentence. This baby didn't even have a chance. This monster should rot
I am so sorry for the lose of this precious baby boy. I have a 15 month old myself and couldn't imagine what this family is going through, in my thoughts and prayers. Praying so hard this monster doesn't get what he wants.
He caused the death of an innocent child. Accident or not that is between him and god but he was sentenced to 20 years. Brantley's mother will never see her child, hear his laughter or watch him grow. He should serve his sentence, no leniency.
Praying this monster stays in prison! My sons older sister nevaeh lam was murdered by her mothers boyfriend (nation wide news. 2013) happened in willimantic ct... these monsters deserve to rot in hell for hurting these innocent babies!!! Prayers to you and your family
I am Brantley's grandmother,we were so blessed when you have him the maximum sentence by law you could give him,thank you so much for that,please don't give him a lesser sentence..please keep him in prison as long as he was sentenced to..again thank you and God bless you..
An eye for an eye. If he was truly remorseful he'd accept his punishment and not appeal it. 20 yrs isn't long enough. The Justice system is already to leanant on criminals. Brantley wasn't able to defend himself and his innocent life was violently taken from him. Justin still gets to live his life and has a chance of freedom in the future.

All child murders, abusers & pedophiles need to be put under the jail. They injure or murder individuals that have no ability to defend themselves.... please keep this murderer in jail. Do not give this person early release.
