Justice for Bonolo Moloi who was found in a stream 2 days after police failed to treat the missing persons case with urgency and ignoring any leads

To: Tsakane Police station Commander/Provincial SAPS Authorities/Minister of Justice
Our daughters body was found 2 days after being reported missing. Any information given to officers in tracking her whereabouts, assisting by providing state vehicle & personnel on the day and tracking who she was last seen with & his disrespectful communication/claims she was sleeping next to him was ignored. The alleged boyfriend gave contradicting statements which led us to stream he hinted but was not detained for questioning. The justice system has failed the family and their delayed response to the matter is a form of negligence on their end for a 16 year old
We, the undersigned, respectfully petition to expedite pathology test results for families awaiting closure in cases of deceased Bonolo Moloi
Background:
Pathology test results are crucial in providing closure for families. However, the waiting period can be prolonged, causing unnecessary distress.
Proposed Solutions:
We urge you to consider implementing the following:
1. Priority cases: Establish a system to prioritize cases where families are eagerly awaiting results.
2. Expedited testing: Offer expedited testing services for an additional fee, reducing turnaround times.
3. Improved communication: Foster efficient communication between pathology units, police stations, and families.
4. Streamlined processes: Review internal processes to reduce unnecessary delays.
Benefits:
Expedited pathology test results will:
- Provide timely closure for grieving families
- Reduce distress and anxiety
- Improve trust in the investigative process
- for the perpetrator to face the arms of the law
*Call to Action:*
We urge you to take immediate action to implement these proposed solutions and prioritize this case; not only for Bonolo but for all girls found dead and some who are still missing
