Once a killer always a killer. I just survived this kind of threat, premeditated also. Now I'm forced to live in different locations and still hide even with a PFA in place, and that man still stalks my every move using social media. but by law, he is not committing a crime? America has some rethinking to do. Why don't you just choke him to death like he did to her. Maybe if you Actually punished people, others would be more apprehensive to commit crimes?
