Help us bring attention to the Town of Essex, Connecticut for the lack of action on their Animal Control Officer's part in not helping a neglected, injured, malnourished dog. Complaints came in regarding this poor animal 3 years ago, and nothing was done. What's worse, is the animal's owner has not been charged with anything in this matter! How about animal cruelty, neglect, unnecessary infliction of suffering, failure to provide medical care, etc.?
