Awful to think that someone who is employed to save lives and help others could do something so cruel to a defenseless animal. He needs to be held accountable!

He should go to jail!!! It's sad that we now have to worry about people trying to kill our dogs, I would take a bullet for mine and then maybe they would be charged with attempted murder!!!!!
