This is outrageous. I don’t understand how someone can be so cruel and disturbed and not be served justice by the American court systems. If he has the ability to treat this poor innocent pup so inhumanely, I can only imagine what he is capable of doing to another human. He needs to be in jail or in a mental health institution for a psych evaluation. I hope Beat gets justice, and I am so sorry for you family’s loss. Rest in pup paradise our furry friend

Needs to do time and pay a $5,000 fine to the owner of the dog he killed plus 500 hours of community service in the local dog pound or spca. Never own a gun again and never own a dog.
