This baby needs justice she was an innocent child that did not ask to come to the world but did not have to end the way her life ended if the state of new Mexico did their job right and they have to seriously fix their child abuse laws

She doesn't deserve to be out, a baby is blessing and a mother should never tell anyone hurt her baby. I'm a mother myself been doing it on my own single mother and have never let no one hurt my son. where is the justice for Brianna and the bill means nothing if it can't even be applied to the people who killed the child that this bill was enacted for this is a true miscarriage of justice all three of these people should actually be subjected to the same traumas they inflicted on this innocent child and truly they should have been given the death penalty in my opinion.

Please God don't allow her to be free.. She deserves to have no freedom since, baby wasn't even given a chance at life.. Justice please and she may have more children she don't deserve a chance.. Sorry God's forgiving she can be forgiven behind bars..
