I was a foster parent for 18 yrs and adopted 4 children, I have seen this happen to alot of children. I believe this case should be looked at again and Ms Lopez should do life. Were is the justice for this little girl that will never see the first day of school, prom, her wedding day. I think this is something the justice dept should really think about.Good Behavior, where was there behavior when this baby being abused.
