I just heard about this story & I'm so heartbroken knowing that this innocent baby had to go thru all of that abuse. How could a mother father or family period let someone do this to their child ???? Prison isn't enough for something like this. I dont wish anything bad on people but They deserve death for this. They got off too easily & something needs to be done.

Child endangerment is a more serious crime than drugs. Where is the system that should make us feel safe? Or protect us? How can they not see the barbaric act committed by this animals? What a shame and corrupted this system is. Where is the justice for this baby? Who will be the one who will step up for this baby? I'm sickened to my stomach when I read about this case, the state has failed one again to bring justice for its people. I wonder how this would of turned out if this was the baby of the judge or prosecutor I'm pretty sure they would of seek the death penalty, but this baby is not their concer at all. Shane on you state of New Mexico. Judge and prosecutors are as guilty as this animals. Where is the justice in this system?

This women needs to spend the rest of her life along with the father & Unclee none of them deserve to be free.There is no justice for Brianna.She had no chance in life she couldn't fight back.So I hope the parole board throws away the key.This totally sick minded people to take the lifes of incident kids.This is a CRIME
