I do not know what these parents experienced in their own childhood that resulted in them believing that this is acceptable. This event has truly saddened my heart more then anything in life ever has. I know this baby is in heaven. And f she must be released I can only pray that the correction system did not fail in correcting the issues that resulted in this women doing this to the poor innocent child. We cannot accept or risk another life this way.
