This woman was no mother she is pure evil and deserves nothing but to die a horrible death ...with no chance at living her life ...the things she and her family members did to this innocent baby ,need to happen to them ...how could any of them ever even be considered for a chance at freedom ...they deserve just what they gave to that precious angel...i hope they all burn in hell but not before they suffer here on earth for months everyday of their worthless lives ...

This monster does not deserve to be free! This makes me incredibly sick to my stomach. I can't even imagine how helpless she felt, not having anyone to protect her. This story breaks my heart. Shame on the relative who knew what was going on, they deserved to be in prison for life not just 2 lousy months! Baby Brianna deserves justice! Rest in peace sweet angel.

we are in the 21st century and New Mexico does not consider child abuse of violent crime??!! and, it took this case to bring only a little bit a stiffer laws? In other words the baby has to die before there's any serious time? This mother is heartless and you can't reason with or trust someone like that. The whole entire family can't be trusted and the 18 month old that was in the house needs to be under counseling to see if all the abuse and screaming of the baby has caused the 18 month old to desire to cause harm. She needs to serve her full time as you can clearly see by the picture of her arrest that she's smirking and does not show or feel any remorse. Thank God the whole world is watching.
