Child abuse isn't a serious crime? Anyone who hurts a child deserves worse than what they inflicted on the child. When it comes to this case, it goes way beyond just a simple case of child abuse. What they did to that baby is horrific. I heard about this case like 8 years ago and I have prayed for this poor baby's soul every night since then. It's one of those cases that literally makes you sick to your stomach. That poor baby never had one person that loved her, not one person to help her. How horrible is that?

Please. This woman DESERVES to be incarcerated. I am a mother and could never imagine this type of abuse befalling my child. I am also a brain injured victim. I was 4 months old and suffered a bilateral subdue all hemotona-much like that poor terrorized baby. Please please please keep her where she belongs. She deserved the death penalty. And I'm usually all about forgiveness. This was unforgivable.

This is outrageous! This crime is considered a horrific child abuse crime in the US history and one of the people who was involved of this baby's death gets out early with good behavior? Grandparents who knew of this abuse only got 2 months? A child who didn't have a voice, who couldn't fight back and run away has been murdered! Not only murdered but suffered from the day she left the hospital up until her death and this is what results from that? What kind of message are you sending when you let people like this walk out before severing her full sentence of a horrific child abuse crime? I think more people would speak out about knowing if a child was being abused if they knew they would serve more than 2 months! Where is the justice for this baby? Someone needs to explain to me and everyone else how this is protecting our children. It's already sad to say this baby is no longer with us but what about all the other children and the message your sending to their abusers?!
