After reading this story and having my memory refreshed on hearing about this poor precious baby girl on the news, my heart bled all over again. It saddens me deeply to know that people like this in this world go with out being justly punished for their sickening, wicked and twisted ways of torcher on innocent infant children. I would strongly suggest that the mother to this little girl be ordered to have her tubes cut,tied and burned.
