This story is so heart breaking. I don't understand how the state of New Mexico doesn't consider this a major crime. This poor child had no one to protect her from these horrible people. The state is pretty much saying that her life didn't matter enough to never let her parents and Uncle out of jail. They put people in prison for life for dar lesser crimes. It makes me sick

It is very sad that child Abuse" isn't considered a crime, how pathetic is that, wow what a crazy world we live in. Criminals should stay where they belong in jail away from continuing ruining society.
