My complaint is to file a case against the rapists who have raped and killed an 8 year old kid "asifa". They must be punished for the crime they have done.we cant even imagine that 8 year old kid have gone through.the thing like we people can do is to file a case so please do my petition seriously.she is my sister and i cant bear the pain.the accused must deserve more than they deserve.in our family also there are small kids. So this kind of news have to be stopped and therefore the accused must be punished in a manner that no one dares to touch any of our sisters.
