I understand the concept of Diplomatic Immunity. But there has to be a clause where a person can be prosecuted if there is a death of another human being. If there isn't, there should be!

I strongly agree that the offender must be prosecuted despite the immunity is in place. He has taken away a life by his wrong doings. Singh family deserves justice.
