My niece ariel was sexually assaulted by a sex offender that got off before on the same offence. She finally became brave enough to tell the truth and now the prosecuting attorney of terre haute in refuses to press charges due to "lack of evidence" it has took a huge toll on her and our family while the sex offender goes free to harm another child. I will be her voice she needs to be heard he's done this to many children including myself when I was small but I was too young to understand. She has lost faith in everything. He needs to be jail away from society hes a danger to all children and very smooth how he goes about doing these things I need them to see we won't give up w out a fight! I need as many signatures as possible to show she doesn't stand alone and we will not quit till he's in jail thanks in advance.
