Angel and every animal that has been shot by police officers need to be punished and they need to admit that they did wrong by breaking the animal cruelty laws. Just because they are police officers shouldn't mean they are beyond the law.

This is such a tragedy and I am outraged to learn Of this! Something needs to be done to stop this from happening again. The public is growing in fear of the very officers who are supposed to protect them. Please bring justice to this situation. Too many dogs are being shot and it is completely tragic.

Officers should have no authority to shoot dogs, only if the dog is dangerous or attacking someone.This is disgusting act of cruelty against a small harmless dog /
