There was no reason to shoot the dog. All these cops now a days seem ridiculous!

Shame on him for killing a non aggressive tail wgging dog in the back. He has shamed his force and his city. If justice is not brought against him then the shame falls on the entire police department.

Training to police by dog behaviorists is an excellent idea. I can't begin to tell you how much the pain of losing Angel has caused. Please continue to tell people about Angel and have them sign this petition. The judgement call of shooting a dog that was wagging its tail who only wanted to be away from tear gas thrown into this home was so irresponsiible on the part of the police.We expect police will protect and serve not shoot innocent animals.

The cop that shot this animal is a coward and used an overly excessive amount of force to stop a non-threat.
