Officers must quit killing dogs and instead be trained to deal with them in a safe, non-lethal manner. Officers should not fear dogs or animals, or they should not be qualified to serve snd protect people.

The negligence of the Racine Police Department in shooting an innocent dog who was running AWAY from them, and terrorizing her owner based on the LIES that a gun wielding neighbor told, is criminal in itself. A dog is dead, a man terrorized and a dangerous liar with a gun is rewarded?

Law enforcement officers should be held accountable for their actions involving unwarranted use of fire arms adn animal cruelty. More taining and clear guidelines must be put in place. These officers must be bought to justice.
